Log into your account using the mobile number or username and password you used when placing your online order.

Open 'Warranties'

Click your profile avatar or account menu at the top-right corner, then tap on Warranties to see your purchases.

Go to Warranties page →
3 Form

Click 'Register Warranty'

Find your paid appliance order and tap the prominent green button Register Warranty to open the application form.

Available as soon as payment is confirmed.
4 Serial

Enter Serial & Details

Verify your name and location, and enter your cooker's Serial Number from the silver sticker on the bottom/back of your appliance.

Optional survey fields can be skipped!
5 Signature

Sign & Accept Consent

Draw your signature on screen with your finger/mouse, OR upload a photo of your paper signature. Check the Carbon Title & Data Consent box.

Both touch drawing and paper photos are accepted.
6 Approved

Verification & Certificate

Our staff verifies your submission within 24–48 hours. Once approved, your Stamped Certificate is sent to your email and ready to download in your account!

Where to locate your Cooker Serial Number

Every genuine cooker features a unique identification serial number. You can find it in one of two places:

  • On the Appliance: Look at the silver metallic rating plate sticker attached to the bottom underside or rear casing of your cooker.
  • OR
  • On the Box: Look for the white barcode sticker on the side of the original packaging carton (e.g. EPC-2026-XXXXX).

Understanding the Carbon Title & Data Consent

By switching to a Cook Yami energy-efficient cooker, you reduce significant greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional charcoal or wood stoves. In exchange for heavily discounted appliance pricing, you release carbon credit rights to PowerPay and give consent for compliance storage under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

"I release all rights to the greenhouse gas reductions and/or carbon credits produced by the use of this energy product to PowerPay/the Company, and have benefited from a significant discount. I agree not to sell or transfer the greenhouse gas reductions and/or carbon credits related to the use of this energy product to any other third party or to use those greenhouse gas reductions and/or carbon credits for any other use whatsoever.
